Nope, but if you need to put that 9 I assume you're going through P(A)BX.
SOMETIMES this simply doesn't work.
MOST OF THE TIME an 'X1' in the initialisation string will fix it.
SOMETIMES putting 'ATDT9,xxxxxxxx' will fix it.
X1 tells the modem to ignore the dial tone (called blind dialling)
The comma tells the modem to wait 3 seconds after dialling the 9 to wait for
the P(A)BX to come back with a valid line.
