Once mysql is installed with the appropriate libraries, it takes a
recompile of php to get it to support MySQL.. check the docs.
As for all at once.. I've done FP + Apache, and Apache + PHP + MySQL,
but I've never tried all 4. However, I can't see why FP will cause
trouble, given it just intercepts calls for certain URLs and hands
them off to an executable (assuming FP2000).
