Having your mail server dual boot is a terrible idea, IMHO. You're
going to loose mail any time your mail server is running Windows,
probably even with distinct IP addresses. (Remote mail servers will
probably try again before failing, but not too many times)
The best solution that comes to mind would be to get an inexpensive box
to run your mailserver, and masquerade your workstation. That way, your
mail server is always up, and you dont need any additional IP's.
