I am trying to set up a tty (virtual terminal) so that I can switch to a terminal window that is actually pointing to my serial port. I want to do this since I do some router work. I can use minicom, but I know I can set up a tty to point to serial 1 so I do not need to run minicom. I know this is a easy setup, but I just can't find the documentation needed.
