Tom, do you want to completely remove lilo, and have the system boot
to windows, or do you want the option to boot windows or Linux?

To completely remove lilo, you can run lilo -u or boot from a dos
floppy and ru nfdisk /mbr.

You can also add a section to /etc/lilo.con so you can dual boot Linux
and windos.  Try something like:

             other = /dev/hda3
                   label = dos
                   table = /dev/hda

Change /dev/hda3 to the actual partation windows is on.
