i am using bell atlantic as my dsl provider down here in nj. i have the
Westell externel modem, and have been using it for about 6 months now. i
avodided getting the internal modem because a how-to i read stated that
internel cable/dsl modems were not compatible with linux (no drivers). i
am not sure if that has changed since then, but the westell is definately
a safe alternative.
the modem is tan in color and has three light on it. one for power,
activity and a link light.
if you have any questions let me know.
