Problem with QuakeII

HI, all,
I have a problem with QuakeII like this:
  After I extract the QuakeII tar file and run "./quake2",
it print"cant load colormap.pcx..." then exit.
  I try to locate the needed file but I was failed.
  So anybody can help me?
