Try a google search for "ssh putty". The guy offers a program called
pscp. It may not be leagal in the US though. It is command line
however. The official ssh stuff probably has a gui scp, but having
never used it, I wouldn't know. Course, a bit of tcl/tk and you could
put a gui on the command line prog.
