I'm using fastforward.

it's fairly simple. The config looks like this:
[Fast Forward]
192.168.10.10:80 = 10.20.10.10:80
192.168.10.11:80 = 10.20.10.11:80
192.168.10.12:80 = 10.20.10.12:80
Maximum Connections = 100
I'm going to try ipmasqadm and see if that works.
