I have a compaq laptop with an ALI15x3 hard drive recognized by the kernel but it seems it cannot set it in dma mode. It says something like (I cannot find any logs loggin this ): ALI15X3 : simplex device, dma disabled Under WinBug, the hard drive is setup in TDMA mode (?) Any info about that ?
