Unix System V Shell Programing which AT&T sold
Both are proably out of print but maybe they have a current
replacement. Attached is one of the text based menus
I use. If you use vi to look at it, it might help get you
started. It is a menu from when I was porting stuff over
so several items have been disabled by commenting
them out with a # this is often a useful trick. If you have
questions I'll try to help
