Sendmail being a weirdo...

I've been getting lots of these in our log files & can't seem to 
track down what's causing it>..

sendmail[2130]: OAA02130: SYSERR(root): buildaddr: no host

I am having some stupid problems with sendmail configuration here at 
the moment... any pointers would be exciting.
