I'm trying to create a rescue disk for RH6.0 before I update the kernel. I used the command # mkbootdisk --device /dev/fd0 2.2.5-15 It makes the disk without reporting any errors but when i try and boot from the disk I get the error as shown in the last line below. What changes do I have to do to make it work? Thanks Todd VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem) readonly change root: old root has d_count=1 Trying to unmount old root ... okay Freeing unused kernel memory: 60k freed Warning: unable to open initial console.
