Hi, so I am just kinda making sure this theory will work. I am wanting
to be able to setup my new Redhat 6.1 box (samba, WINS and DHCP server
(internal non-routable IP, 192.168.x.x) as a NIS+ ,or is it ypbind?,
server this will feed the user/password to the other 6.0 box (email,
web, ftp, DNS server (real IP)).

Ok so I setup the user/password on the 6.1 box and then set the DOMAIN
login's to true on the smb.conf, then setup the Win 95/98 workstations
to login to the domain. This works, and I can get the scripts on the
server to run on the workstations (based on the user).

I also want the workstation to get the user/password from the domain.
When I change the password for a user on the server, and then relogin
to the Win box it ask me for the old password? How (maybe if) can I
get the Windows box to update its password from the 6.1 box?

Thanks for any input.

Regards,
