Evening list readers -

I have recently upgraded my gnome apps, etc, on my redhat-6.1 servers,
and was looking at running some remote x sessions. I have run xdm in the
past and like it because it doesnt fire up on the local xserver just
runs in the background broadcasting XDM waiting for a connection
attempt. I took a look at gdm and its a bit nicer, but i cannot for the
life of me figure out how to run it so it doesnt connect to the local
display (i.e. local:0). I noticed that in the /etc/X11/xdm/xdm.conf file
it makes reference to 'DisplayManager.servers: /etc/X11/xdm/Xservers'
which is where i turn off the local display. I am wondering if anyone
knows how to get gdm to do the same thing. I prefer the redhat login
with the session selection to xdm.

Anyone have any suggestions? I took a look at the redhat site, gnome
site, and there is no man page for gdm. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Regards
