You will only need two of these images:

updates-RHEA-1999:045.img and boot-RHEA-1999:044.img

Boot from the boot-RHEA disk. At the boot: prompt, you will need to 
type "linux updates". You will be asked for the second disk.

There is a caveat to this. Since the installer is written in python, and
because of the way that the updates to the python code are compiled in 
ram, you will need at least 24mb ram in order to use the updated boot
images.
