Hi! It is not "Coral" it is "Corel", same guys of WordPerfect =).
If I had to start over again, I would buy a book called "Idiot's Guide to
Linux" (Ricart), which used to come with Caldera's OpenLinux and
StarOffice. I believe it's newest version comes with RedHat Linux.
Another very good book is "Running Linux". Newest version comes with RedHat
6.0. This book is a "classic".
Then, -and only then-, I would suggest to get a full version of Linux.
First time you may like to buy a complete boxed set from RedHat with
installation manuals and some application disks. Then you may want to
upgrade with CheapBytes disks (for about $2 a disk) and periodically buy a
boxed set from RedHat. (I bought an original 5.2 and wont buy again a boxed
set until 6.2 is released).
Another option is to buy a CheapBytes Mondopak or another set of disks you
can get at LinuxMall (www.linuxmall.com), were you get about six different
distributions at very low price ($20) and then choose yourself.
Good luck!
-Manuel.

Asunto: aWhich Linux should I get?
Hello,
I am new to Linux and want to install it in a duel boot config for Win98. I
heard of Redhat, Caldera and now Coral.
Should I get Coral as it is the latest release?
Regards,
Frank Rocco
