There's a GPL'ed one at http://www.blarg.net/~mmadore/, but I'm told it's
early-alpha quality.

www.mochasoft.com makes a Java 5250, and they're not the only ones who do.
Unfortunately, it looks like their web page is "under construction" today so
it may be hard to track it down.

Do a quick search for "+java +5250" on Altavista and you should find more
hits than you can shake a stick at.
