I installed Win95 again :-( and I have a linux partition on the same drive. Before Iīve been able to mount the windows partition C:\ and D:\ without any problems, now linux is only able to mount drive D. When I try to mount C (hda or hda1) I get this error message: [root@localhost /root]# mount -t vfat /dev/hda1 /mnt/c [MS-DOS FS Rel. 12,FAT 16,check=n,conv=b,uid=0,gid=0,umask=022] [me=0xf8,cs=32,#f=2,fs=1,fl=253,ds=507,de=512,data=539,se=0,ts=2088513,ls=512] Transaction block size = 512 VFS: Can't find a valid MSDOS filesystem on dev 03:01. mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/hda1, or too many mounted file systems I tried fdisk /mbr in Windows95, but I didntīt help. Because Iīve lots of files on drive C I canīt do a complete fdisk. I read the FAQs, some Howtos and MiniHowtos (Boot, Win95+Linux) and some more, but I werenīt able to find a solution. Any suggestion how to fix that problem? Iīm happy for any advice, mail or link to an internet page with information. Thanks a lot in advance, Michael.
