Look for kernel-2.0.32.i386.rpm, kernel-headers-2.0.32.i386.rpm,and/or
 kernel-source-2.0.32.rpm.

(Or filenames closely matching them) and install using rpm.

Redhat doesn't have a K disk - that's specific to Slackware.
