Hi all !
Could someone please explain this to me:
I have downloaded JDK1.1.5 for use with JAVa-ICQ. The file came in a tar.gz
format, so I typed this:
gzip -dc <JDK-file>.tar.gz | tar -xvf -
And I get tons of error saying:
tar: <somedir somefile>: Could not create file: No such file or directory
I know people have asked questions about ICQ a milion times on this list, sorry
for asking again, but I would really like to have ICQ working on my box
Thanks for your help
ps. When I have installed JDK do I need to set some invironment-variable ? if so
