For fun over lunch, I just slapped together an RPM for xanim that includes
support for codecs for Radius Cinepak, Intel Indeo 3.x, and Creative
Technology's CYUV.  It now plays e.g. the Windows 98 crash animation from
CNN.  Since none of the code is in the binary RPM, I don't see why I
shouldn't be able to share this thing.

Neither do I see what's wrong with distributing the SRPM, since the extra
object files that have been added are just that - unreadable object files.
Maybe it's a sort of philisophical snafu, since you're supposed to assume
that by definition an SRPM contains ALL the sources for a package.

Anyway, if anybody is interested in the package, let me know.
