I have check the file that causes problem:
/usr/share/zoneinfo/posix/America/Tijuana

a listing ofthe directory gives :
...
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 758 Apr 18 19:03 Thunder_Bay
br-S-wsr-- 2 39622 10500 133, 120 Feb 3 2035 Tijuana
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 73 Apr 18 19:03 Tortola
...

I can't find the chmod parameter to change it,
I can't copy it, when I try to delete it it tells me:

rm: remove `Tijuana', overriding mode 6434?

Can I remove it safely, I have seen that it is present in the rpm?
