It is a joke. It can be equated to searching for a girlfriend (or
boyfriend, if that's what floats-your-boat)
Something like:
- tall
- rich
- georgous
- knows linux
- likes outdoors
Most likely if she didn't know Linux you would still date her, wouldn't
you? Same thing here. They'd like to have fun with their employees, and
not just work 24 hours a day, so its an indication that they have fun as
well as are dedicated to their job..
