Was wondering if anyone out there is running Samba on a RH9 installation. I have been trying to set this thing up for the past 2 days and have not got anything going yet. I think I am close. Here is the error message I get when I try and use smbclient on the host :
smbclient '\\hostname\home\dir' Password: session setup failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE
The hostname is the name of the Host box and I am using a users home directory that I have setup in Samba server setup. This is driving me crazy. I have been searching and trying anything and everything I can find out there but still to no avail. If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
