Add a stanza in the preamble of lilo as
follows
default=win95
and run /sbin/lilo
that should take care of it

Subject: Booting into win instead of LinuxHi there!History:I installed Linux on a second hard disk and let the installation place theLilo bootstrap on the MBR of my first IDE.Fact:Every time the computer boots it loads LILO (as usual, nothing wrong about it) andI type win95 to load Windows and just <enter> to load LinuxQuestion:How can I tell LILO to default to windows 95 instead of Linux? (ie typing linux to load itand <enter> to load win95)Why:I share the computer with my brother and my nephews, and they aren't the kind ofpeople who would understand this type of behaviour.... instead I would love them tojust type <enter> and that's it, or just wait for the timeout to lad win95.Thanx!
