We love OpenExchange!! We are always on the road and constantly on location by our
clients for projects and maintenance contracts. OpenExchange gave us the opportunity
to communicate via the forum, knowledgebase, and mail. We can centralize patches and
documentation. Our motto is "Why burn a CD when you can download it for free??"
Everyone has access to the same documentation, at the same time, from the same place.
Productivity is notably higher and there are fewer discussions over who did what, when
and where - it is all there to read. No more handover procedures either - we utilize
the knowledgebase for this. Bob did this and that at client Z, then goes on holidays
for 2 weeks. John goes to the same client and checks Bob's notes from the last visit
and knows globally what that particular situation is.

It is to seen that it still is a product that is fairly young in it's developement.
Features are still being built and added to the current release. I am confident that
SLOX has the potential to become a very slick product!!!

Stability is amazing and the overall working with OpenExchange is very easy to learn
and the response time is amazingly quick. A bit slower via dial-in but still quite
impressive. We "went for" SLOX primarily because of the Web interface (no more mail
clients and worldwide accessibility) and Linux reliability and stability.

We've been running SLOX for almost a year and the only problem that we've had is one
of the 6 HDD's gave up the ghost - thank goodnes for RAID!!! ;)

Have a great day!!
