I get an error saying that compressed formats are not supported, and a
URL with instructions to check error #38:

For more information, please see Error 38 at:
        http://www.realaudio.com/help/error

I followed the link, and got a page saying that this is due to a
conflict with a previous release. The solution they recommend is to
delete all of my old RealPlayer files, but I've only ever installed
RealPlayer from an rpm, so if the current version didn't get rid of the
right old files, then I don't know what to go delete myself. The
instructions at their site only conver Windoze and Macs.

I'll rpm -e RealPlayer and start over, but I doubt that it will help.

Has anyone else had this problem?
