fyi; RedHat 5.0 is failing due to dependencies.  see the following:

/home/jb/rpm.updates>rpm -U procps-1_2_7-1_i386.rpm
procps-X11-1_2_7-1_i386.rpm 
failed dependencies:
        libbfd-2.8.1.0.29.so.0 is needed by procps-1.2.7-1
/home/jb/rpm.updates>rpm -qi libbfd
package libbfd is not installed

am i missing something?
