Has anyone installed the tetex-fonts-1.0.7-66 rpm on Red Had 9? I've
been trying for the past 8 hours, and all RPM does is hang. If I do a
rpm -qa, it shows tetex-fonts-1.0.7-66 as being installed, but when I
try to install tetex-latex (the package I need), rpm fails do to
"tetex-fonts => 1.07 needed by tetex-latex....". So I figured that I'd
just uninstall the rpm, and either try again from scratch, or compile
latex from source, but when I do a 'rpm -e tetex-fonts-1.0.7-66' that
just hangs too (currently, rpm -e has been 'running' for almost two
hours now (ps -ax)). I've checked my system logs, and there are no
messages or errors dealing with the (un)install of tetex-fonts-1.0.7-66.
Also, I can't kill the pid RPM is running under for the (un)install...I
have to reboot the machine to stop it.
