I got it off the mozilla website using their installer(x86 Talkback
enabled Full Installer), actually I haven't tried it with the final
release of 1.4 but did with 1.4RC2.

I also just downloaded the latest rpms from rawhide for release 1.4 and
everything looks fine except when I try going to my banking site it says
I haven't installed the Personal Security Manager (PSM) even though I
did. This is what I did, "rpm -Fvh mozilla-1.4-11.i386.rpm 
mozilla-nspr-1.4-11.i386.rpm  mozilla-nss-1.4-11.i386.rpm 
mozilla-psm-1.4-11.i386.rpm"
