        But there are things in Apache 2.0 which are not supported in
Apache 1.3.  Example, IPv6...   http://www.ip6.wittsend.com

        PHP needs to get there stuff "out of beta" considering that
Apache has already stated that they want everyone moving to Apache 2.0
and are strongly encouraging this.
