I would check the mobo manual and see if you have to reset a jumper somewhere. Also, the voltage on the pc100 RAM may not be compatible with the mobo. If all else fails, take the memory to a shop that has a tester and get it tested. It may have gotten zapped.

BTW, if you get into Crucial's site www.crucial.com, you can usually feed in the make and model of your mobo and then get a list of what memory is compatible with it.
