from what i understand (based on my readings since this is something *i* want to try real soon now), you don't need anything for your WPC11 to work. i have one running in my dell, under RH 9, 2.5.73 kernel -- works just fine. as i read it, the linux-wlan stuff is if you want more features that you don't get from the stock setup, such as WEP. i'm still doing the research, though. rday -- Robert P.
