Currently we have a linux firewall that forwards email to Exchange. In recent weeks we have been inundated with UCE and virii. I would like to know if it is possible to prescreen the email at the firewall level before it is forwarded to Exchange. If anyone has done this, please let me know how. Do you use spamassasin and then forward the email? Is f-prot used? We have antivirus on the Exchange server, but would like to prefilter to minimize the potential. TIA Ed Croft
