The document at: http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-9-Manual/custom-guide/ch-openssh.html is a decent guide. It includes the names of which packages are needed and the shell commands to enable them depending on what you want to do. I assume that you're using up2date, and if so, you can issue: up2date --nox -i openssh<whatever> at the command prompt to install the RH packages.
