You can't. However, you usually don't need to do kernel security updates for a non-public system. The exception being kernel security problems which are network-exploitable. Plus, if you're behind a firewall, it really doesn't matter. By the time someone is able to exploit a _kernel_ vulnerability, that means they must have already found a way into your system through a hole in your other services. If you're behind a firewall, that also means that in doing so they found a way to penetrate your firewall.
