type of drive, i.e it actually varies spin speed depending on where on
the floppy it is reading from. Something a 'PC' diskdrive can't handle.
At least there is no way in the DOS/WinNT world (as fas as I know, I
best add) to read/write 1.44 MB Mac floppies. However, there is a
possibility to write 720k Mac floppies on a PC, at least from DOS. It
took some time to find, but the software to do it is out there....
