I'm thinking of getting the following hardware to build a new server, just
wanted to see if you guys thought there might be a linux hardware problem
here:

Epox MVP3-e ATX Motherboard Super Socket 7 , 100mhz bus, AGP
AMD K6-2 300mhz w/ 3D Now
Samsung 100mhz 128mb SDRAM
Intel Etherexpress Pro 100BT card
Seagate Medalist Pro UDMA 9.1 GB Hard drive
Creative DVD-2 w/ AC-3 Decoder card
Creative SB 64
Matrox Mill. II AGP w/ 8 megs ram
Wireless Keyboard +Mouse
US robotics 56k modem (no, not a winmodem!)
1.44 Floppy (Mitsumi)
Some simple TV out card.

I'm really concerned with the Creative DVD, since I really want to build a
entertainment server for my house with linux, with DVD and MP3's.

TIA
