Yup - covered in detail in the PPP-HOWTO (which is a part of the Red
Hat 5.0 HOWTO rpm). Install that (you will find the HOWTOs in
/usr/doc/HOWTO/...) and have a read and then get back here with more
information if you are still stuck.
Briefly, it sounds like something has changed at your ISPs end...
