Hi, Im quite new to using linux, I have setup my server ok, Apache, PHP and mysql all work and I have setup FTP and SMB pretty well. Im having a problem now upgrading mysql to version 4, I have the rpm's from the mysql site but when I select install for MySQL-server-4.0.11-0.i386.rpm i get the message that libmysqlclient.so.10 cannot be found. Has anyone made this upgrade without problems? Should I uninstall mysql 3 from the machie before I try to install version 4 or will the RPM manager just overwrite version 3 automatically?
Sorry if these are stupid questions but like I said I don't have much experiance with linux yet. Many thanks, Justin. -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
