OK, your card is a dualhead card.  Try adding the BusID from my XF86Config file
to both Device sections:

        BusID       "PCI:1:0:0"

Yes, my card is in the AGP slot but still has a PCI reference.  Also, it is
possible that the nv dirver may not have dualhead support.  You may want to try
to do a google search in the nVidia newsgroup:

http://groups.google.com/groups?group=alt.comp.periphs.videocards.nvidia

Of course, backup your XF86Config file before doing so.  There has been a
number of times while making changes that I got a blank dark screen upon
bootup.  But RH8 wa still running.  I had to blindly log in and copy the old
XF86Config back.
