I use the RH253 7.0 Student Guide more than anything else.  Of course
you have to take the class to get the guide, which is expensive... but
if you know anyone who has taken the class you might be able to borrow
it.  A lot of the 7.0 stuff still applies, surprisingly....

Also have Essential System Administration (covers most Unices) and Linux
in a Nutshell (great command reference), both from O'Reilly; and Linux
Sendmail Administration by Craig Hunt (Sybex, I think) which is very
RedHat-centric.  I recommend all three of these.

There are other RedHat-specific books out there but I get by fine with
what I've got.
