... any trick ? please tell me how you've proceeded ... ----------------->>>> No hacks had a 80gb hd and with windows me partitioned it to 40gb in the first partition. in Linux then used fdisk to partition the other 40gb to the second partition, then used mkfs.ext2 to format it. Next used mount -t vfat /dev/hdd1 /dosd and it works.
