Yeah, you'll have to do some reading and hands-on time to absorb the Linux
way of doing things. It will take time, but I'm guessing that you'll find
it interesting and rewarding.

Indeed. 'which' is supposed to find executable files that are in your
path. There shouldn't be any RPM files in your path. Even then, RPMs are
not generally marked as executable.
