I have a new install of RH8. Two hard drive exactly the same running
software RAID1 off the MB IDE. (Could not get my promise RAID card to work -
but that story is much to long)
RAID seems to be working correctly but would like to know how I can make the
mirror drive bootable with out the use of the boot disk. (It will boot using
the boot disk).
RAID setup:
mdo hda1 hdc1
md1 hda2 hdc2
hda
hda1 /boot RAID
hda2 / RAID
hda3 /swap ext3
hdc
hdc1 /boot RAID
hdc2 / RAID
hdc3 /swap ext3
