I have a hard drive configured as serial ATA, there’s no way to find drivers to install Linux on that drive, I’ve been asking and searching for, but no results. Now I’m thinking of installing another hard disk to my motherboard, using not serial ATA, but a normal connection. When I boot up with Red Hat 8.0 disc 1 I should be able to install Linux? And what about my Windows XP on serial ATA? The boot loader will let me choose between Linux (on the new hard drive) and XP (on serial ATA, which cannot be recognized to install)?

Thanks,
