Dear fellow users, I can't get the JRE version 1.4.1_01 to work on Mozilla 1.3b. When I try to access a site with java applets Mozilla simply exits. JRE 1.3.1_07 works. Any ideas? Furthermore I can't get Acrobat Reader 5.0.6 to work either, the program won't start. Again an older version like 4.05-6 which is included on the "Multimedia and Office Applications CD" works. I'm using Red Hat 8.0 Personal running the 2.4.18-24.8.0 kernel. Could these anomalies be hardware related?
