I don't really know, but the safe answer here is probably yes. Keep the versions the same. As Steve Gomez mentioned in is reply, now is probably a good time to upgrade to the latest version of sendmail and the corresponding sendmail-cf rpm. You can still use the dnsbl feature when you create your new .cf file.
