It looks like his virus scanner is becoming confused with you domain name and thinking that mm-vanecek.com is an attempt to hide a virus using window's ability to show only the first extension??? It sees your domain as a Window's .com file! Frankly, I find it poor practice to notify senders of potential virii. There are many virii out there that don't originate from the actual sender's address that it simply confuses or irritates people.
